Get a personalized plan and regular check-ins to help you reach your goals.

  • We’ll have a chat to establish whether or not I am the right dietitian for you! My goal during this first talk is to understand your starting point, get an idea of the challenges you’re facing and what goals you’d like to achieve. I will also explain a bit of my process to see if we’re a good fit.

    Then, if we decide to move forward, I’ll send you an intake form along with some waivers and we can schedule a 1 hour Deep Dive session.

  • Do you have some questions you'd like to ask a registered dietitian nutritionist concerning your diet? This is a great session to book to see if you're on the right track or are looking for some ideas/information/clarification around a particular area.

    Some examples would be:

    What are some ways I can decrease inflammation through diet?

    Am I getting enough protein?

    Is intermittent fasting right for me?

    How can I eat healthier on the go?

    If questions are more in depth and require additional time, I may recommend a follow up session or another package for more tailored support.

  • This is where I get to learn all about you- your current patterns, food preferences, medical history, struggles, and barriers. This lays the groundwork for creating a plan that will work for you. We really dive into your intention for seeking change and what your vision of health looks like. We’ll begin to uncover the choices that we tend to make unconsciously and turn those choices into mindful, intentional eating habits. We don't go into goal setting at this appointment, but it is the foundation for tailoring a plan fit just for you!

  • After really getting a good idea of where you’re at and where you want to go from the initial consult, I compile all of the information from your anthropometric data, health history, lifestyle and big picture goals. We then create goals using the SMART system. These goals are not just me telling you what to do. They are created with my professional recommendations and your input and willingness to make the changes. The goals are accompanied with the education needed to really understand how to implement changes and why they are important.

  • Planning allows for more presence! By now you have a clear idea of goals with a path forward. At this point, clients may need a bit more support with creating the structure of a meal plan and ideas for how to meet their needs. This session isn’t me handing you a printed out list of what to eat. This is about learning how to put a balanced menu together. I like to give examples of what that may look like, but the goal is for you to know how to do that on your own in any situation because real life requires adaptability and flexibility. And as always, I encourage you to have fun with and enjoy food!

  • These sessions are essential to keep you on track with your health journey. They encourage accountability and allow me to check in on how you are doing with your nutrition goals and answer any questions you may have. We can discuss barriers and make new goals or adjustments to existing ones if needed. Also, follow ups are a great opportunity for me to give more tips, tricks, and education, that is relevant to where you are at. I’m here to cheer you on, support you, and guide you through this process!

  • Put your healthy intentions to action with this comprehensive package. We all know that real change takes time and new habits don’t form overnight. This package has everything you need to get you on the path to a healthier you. It is a 3 month commitment that includes the Deep Dive, Goal Setting Session, Meal Planning Session, along with 3 monthly follow ups. In addition, you will be able to communicate with me on a daily basis through your patient portal app for those inevitable questions that may come up.

  • If you benefit from more continual support, I highly recommend going with a Follow Up Package after the Complete Healthy Intentions Package. This allows for setting new goals or adjusting existing ones, provides more accountability, feedback, additional education, and goal tracking.

    A 3 session Follow Up Package is $200 ($225 value)

    A 4 session Follow Up package is $250 ($300 value)

A Brief How-It-Works

Once we move forward, we’ll have an initial hour long deep dive session where we take a look at everything regarding your diet, patterns, barriers, preferences, and where you’re coming from. We really explore your intention here- your why, your motivation for change, what you’re really after. This lays the groundwork for tailoring a plan and goals that will work for you with your lifestyle. Our next session is when we create defined goals with clear plans for how to achieve and track them as well as education that will help understand why certain changes are beneficial and how to implement your goals.

After that, we schedule a meal planning session and monthly check-ins to follow up on goals and set new ones, provide additional education that is relevant to you, and answer questions as well as provide accountability with encouragement on your journey to a healthier you!
