My approach to eating healthier is a holistic one. Lasting change does not happen simply from going on a prescribed diet. I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all for nutrition. How and what we eat is unique to individual tastes, needs, culture, and lifestyle.

Awareness with education is key to making consistent healthy choices daily and my role is to assess, educate, consult, and encourage clients on their health journey.

My name is Victoria Chouklina and I am a Registered Dietitian running a private practice in Colorado Springs, CO!


I specialize in helping people eat with intention and make healthy, lasting changes when it comes to eating patterns and food. If you’re struggling to sort through all the information and misinformation out there, wanting to get off the fad diet roller coaster, hoping to lose weight, decrease inflammation, gain more energy, improve your quality of life, or just looking for something balanced and sustainable - I want to help!

Creating a plan that works for you

Through personalized coaching, I’ll work alongside you to create healthy eating goals and provide tailored education that empowers you to have confidence in making healthy choices. This all starts with a one hour deep dive session where I’ll learn all about you. I want to really understand where you are coming from so that I can meet you there and provide help in the most effective and beneficial ways I can.

Intentional eating starts with defining what it is you want, what your version of health looks like, and how you want to feel. When you know this “why” behind wanting to change your diet, you can clarify your motivation and path forward. With a clear direction of where you want to go, we can revisit and develop awareness of current patterns. What got you to where you are won’t get you to where you want to be. It’s about non-judgmentally looking at the reasons you are making certain choices with food so that you can change the habits that do not serve what you want. The first step towards change is awareness and next is action. I like to think of intentional eating as a practice of mindfulness plus purpose and direction.

My Approach To Nutrition

I would say that my biggest job is to educate clients on how to make good choices for themselves in any situation. Fad diets, miracle weight-loss solutions, and diet culture are some of the biggest sources of bad information. Not only can they be damaging to your health, they are toxic to your relationship with food as well. Ultimately, what I want for my clients is for them to view food through both a lens of joy and self care.

The Importance of a Safe, Non-Judgemental Space

What we put into our bodies and how we approach food is so fundamental to our health. It can also feel like one of the most daunting challenges. Wherever you are on your health journey, please know this is a safe space to discuss your health needs. I am not the food police. I’m not here to ever judge. I understand that what we eat, why we eat, and our relationship with food is very personal and sometimes sensitive. I simply want to help.

I’ll work with any person regardless of their creed, culture, weight, age or background.
